£30,000 per year pro rata

The Young Westminster Foundation (YWF) is a local charity established to support young people growing up in Westminster to have healthy, safe and bright futures. The foundation is a cross-sector partnership, working with youth clubs, charities, schools, businesses and Westminster City Council. Together we shape opportunities and create the best services for children and young people in Westminster through supporting and sustaining the children and young people’s sector.

We are looking for a Project Manager with youth and community work experience and expertise to work with YWF member organisations.

The successful candidate will focus on overseeing project delivery of contracted projects by YWF member organisations, providing support for youth workers and coordinating youth engagement.

This role will suit someone with experience and knowledge of working and engaging with young people & diverse communities, and experience of overseeing and coordinating projects and training opportunities. This role can offer an opportunity for an experienced youth worker looking to expand their career and gain project management and strategic experience.
